I visited some very good friends of in Oklahoma this last weekend, Derek and Melinda Randle. Derek is one of the owners of War Eagle Retrievers and as always I enjoy visiting his farm because it’s such a relaxing place.  Just a few weeks ago Derek became the first person to have 7 out of 7 dogs pass a Grand Field Trial Championship. For those of us who wouldn’t understand the difficulty this might be, out of a field of 429 dogs entered in the trials only 42 passed and 7 of those dogs Derek entered and trained. To make it even more impressive Derek only entered  the seven dogs.

On my visit this weekend I shot photo for a project that I am working with him on. Derek is opening his property up for people to stay and train. I’m designing and building the new businesses web site WarEagleRetreat.com which will be up in the next few weeks.
